Visual Identity, Marketing collateral

This new company needed a new logo which could address upper-class men and woman looking for luxurious properties.

We bet for robustness and kindness duality between masculinity and femininity in a "v" shaped icon. In the ancient Greek architecture, there was an element named "voluta". It's a spiral, scroll-like ornament that forms the basis of the Ionic order, found in the capital of the Ionic column. We took that element and combined it with the shape of the cross-section of a T-beam. It represents stability, weight, consistency.
